Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for software platforms owned and operated by Hallridge Holdings Limited. All refunds are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to the original payment method used.
1. General Principle
All subscription fees are billed in advance. We aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our subscription model.
2. Cooling-Off / Initial Period
For new paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason.No explanations or conditions are required.All refunds are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and will be returned to the original payment method used.To request a refund, contact us at support@hallridge.com or use the options available in your Paddle customer portal / receipt.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days and have not substantially used the service, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following period. Refunds for the current month are generally not provided once the billing period has started, except at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
5. Free Trials
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day refund window begins on the date of the first charge.
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
